Weather exception. Sessions are indoors

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the session. A cancellation inside that window counts as a late cancellation.

Each account may have up to two late cancellations in any rolling six-month period. A third late cancellation results in removal from the schedule, so the time can go to families who are ready to use it.

Sessions are held indoors, so there is no weather exception; they run as scheduled.

Liability waiver

Agreed at booking

Before the first session, families complete a short online intake (player details, contact information, and photo consent) and read the liability waiver and release. In plain terms, the release covers the inherent physical risks of baseball instruction, the participant's and parent or guardian's assumption of those risks, a release of liability for Penders Baseball School LLC and its instructors, and emergency medical authorization.

Because the participant is often a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the first session to sign a printed copy of the release in person, which is witnessed, countersigned, and kept on file.
